(Good things) I came in at a 5 o'clock spoke to receptionist got put on tre/arge list spoke spoke to doctor Pope within minutes and was seen within 10 minutes.

Very clean baby changing facilities, one of the cleanest and well equipped I have visited since giving birth to my little one.

I have used this practice for 27 years and I always receive excellent service whenever I need it. The staff and Doctors are very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. We are in a privileged position to have the Walk in Centre nearby as a back up. I think something should be done regarding the high number of people failing to attend appointments, a fine ? The service is under great strain and this only exacerbates the problem. On the whole...well done. You really are appreciated.

Very difficult to get appointments. No continuity with same doctor. Waiting times bad. That said nice staff and reception but very overstretched practice
